IPL was founded over five years ago, Intercity Properties Limited’s mission is to establish avenues for clients to purchase real estate properties for building their homes and or help them generate wealth through value appreciation of their properties. Driving from Nairobi, you will exit Kitengela-Namanga Road to join Acacia Road. The Acacia Road will be on your right when coming from Kitengela Town, 1 km from Yukos (currently Total Petrol Station). From the tarmac, you will drive 4 km on Acacia Road (murram road) and then you will exit Acacia Road on the left to drive on a well done straight murram road for 1 km to get to the Intercity Gardens.
